We accept the following payment methods:

We do not ship internationally. Shipping is only within the United States.
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii if item can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Services. Contact us for shipping/handling rates prior to purchase if listing indicates other for a shipping method. We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses if item can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Services. Contact us for shipping/handling rates prior to purchase if listing indicates other for a shipping method. We ship daily on Monday thru Friday, via FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail Services, depending on weight and location. All purchases are shipped within 2 business days from date of payment. Please choose the shipping method you prefer at checkout.
Returns/Cancellations
Orders cancelled after payment is made and before shipment of merchandise are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If we are notified and can cancel your order before payment is processed, no fees will apply. If you wish to return undamaged merchandise in its original box and/or packaging, please contact us at (870) 698-2140 or e-mail us at returns@deanbakerwholesaleco.com for authorization within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be authorized within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. All authorized returns must be sent back to us within 5 calendar days of return approval to our shipping department. Returns received after that time will not be refundable. Any package received without prior authorization for return will be refused and the customer is responsible for any return postage prior to sending package back. Merchandise must be in its original condition...not damaged, used, or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and they are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all items returned to cover credit card payment and gateway charges as well as restocking costs. After the product has been returned and inspected, we will issue a credit to you by check. For security reasons, credit card numbers are not kept on file so we are unable to send a refund credit to your credit card.
