Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What do I do if I need more than 1 of the item listed?
A: You can contact us at customerservice@deanbakerwholesaleco.com for availability and rates. You can also call us at (870) 698-2140 and ask for either Donna or Sandy. If neither one is available at the moment, please leave your name, contacting number, what items you need with quantity of each and your zip code. Donna or Sandy will call you back directly with prices and shipping costs.
Q: Do you accept phone orders?
A: Yes, phone orders are welcomed and we do give reduced prices on those. Please contact us at (870) 698-2140 and ask for either Donna or Sandy.
